At FlockFrame, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, secure, and manage your data. We operate under a strict tenant-isolation framework, ensuring your organization's assets are isolated and protected.
1. Data Storage and Security
All data is securely stored at the tenant level within our database. Under no circumstances is data shared, mixed, or accessible across different tenant organizations. We use industry-standard encryption protocols both in transit and at rest to ensure the safety of your information.
2. No Sale of Data & AI Safety
FlockFrame does not sell, distribute, or share your user data, organization information, or images to third parties under any circumstances.
Furthermore, FlockFrame does not sell or give away your user data or images to third parties for the purpose of training AI models. Your media is strictly yours.
3. Google Drive Integration (Worker Agent Scope)
To sync and display your organization's photos, FlockFrame deploys an automated background worker agent that crawls your integrated Google Drive folders.
- Scope Restriction: The worker agent is strictly confined to accessing only the specific folder or folders you explicitly assign to FlockFrame.
- Read-Only Access: The worker agent operates in a read-only capacity. It cannot create, edit, modify, or delete any of your original documents or files in Google Drive.
4. Planning Center Integration Scope
If you grant FlockFrame permission to access your Planning Center account via the Planning Center Online (PCO) API, the connection is governed by strict limitations:
- Limited Scope: The API integration is designed to pull only data related to a person's name, avatar/profile image, and membership status. No other directory details are fetched or stored.
- Read-Only Integration: The API connection is strictly read-only. FlockFrame has no write permissions and cannot edit, update, or delete any information inside your Planning Center directory.
5. Compressed Media and Platform Operation
To provide thumbnail displays, face grouping, and quick gallery performance, FlockFrame creates compressed thumbnail versions of your original media files and stores them securely in the tenant database.
These compressed assets are used exclusively for the core operations of the platform (e.g. running face clustering, rendering UI galleries, and matching directory profiles).
6. Your Rights and Data Deletion
You retain complete control over your data.
- Right to Delete: You have the right to delete your data at any time. Clicking the detach and delete options in your account settings will permanently wipe all database rows and compressed media associated with your tenant.
- Right to Download: You have the right to download your structured metadata and files at any time.
